Yes, it can be done.  'How' depends on what your source is like and what 
your own technical capabilities are.  The procedure for making modules 
is described in the developer's area of the Sword web-site - but the 
information is quite technical and involves the use of command line 
utilities and some scripting.  If your commentary is for your own use 
and no other, I am prepared to correspond off-list to a limited degree.  
If it is for general publication, one of us may be willing to help with 
the work to a greater degree.  Post a bit more information about your 
source and your technical ability and we'll try to assist.
