Have had very little time to deal with this so far so no updates. I
guess my plan is to be copyright enforcer and to delegate copyright
request duties to other volunteers. If you would like to get involved
with this please contact me offlist. No one should contact any publisher
without going through the team. The plan is for this to be a team
effort. But first we need a team ;)

The other thing we need to decide on is an appropriate way to describe
the new strategy (and refine it) on the copyright section of the
website. Volunteers would also be appreciated for this.

Troy is dealing with ESV so if there is anything he can report on that
and any others he is dealing with he will.
