Thanks for pointing that out. I've updated the Wiki page to reflect the 
current state & methods.

Archives (absent icu-sword) can be found here:

Those include what now consist of the sword and biblecs SVN 
repositories. They are .tar.gz files, but WinZip will handle them fine.

Task List links have been removed. Links to our TWiki ToDo list and to 
the Jira bug tracker (which have replaced it--but maybe we should just 
pare down to Jira) have been added in its place. Again, thanks for 
pointing this out.
