[sword-devel] Cheatah ..........

It's been 8 or so years since Cheatah was supported (if you'd say it 
ever really was).  It worked with increasingly little content.  Like 
other obsolete code, it was trimmed from CVS in the course of 
reorganization.

Personally, I don't see any continuing value in it.
