I'm afraid you can't get MacSword to read general books yet. They're 
not supported. As for the reference error the 
sword-support@crosswire.org mail list is the best place, I'll forward 
your mail. However the sword guys don't like to alter modules 
themselves, so rather than keeping a separate translation they'll make 
use of source texts to generate the modules. If you know of an edited 
updated source text for RSV let me know.
