I'm using BibleTime's filters slightly modified (they were the most
complete last time I looked), I'll have a look at the new features, but
I do quite like my footnotes and cross-refs inline. Users might
disagree though.

Cheers. You just reminded me of something. It renders UTF8 now (was
html hex chars but UTF8s faster and easier). And I'll see what I can do
about Pre-verse Headings.

I'll have a proper look at clucene after 0.4 is done. Sounds useful and
exciting. And I'll look at the InstallMgr it would be useful to have
that functionality in MacSword.
