[sword-devel] GerLut as OSIS module now

I uploaded a new GerLut module now, it's in OSIS now and was converted from 
our old GBF module. It's hopefully one of the very few left non-OSIS modules 
with strongs included.
Of course, searching is now ten times slower :=)

The GBFOSIS filter was fixes for this, too. The THMLOSIS filter still needs 
fixing, but this shouldn't be that hard any more, it's almost the same as 
GBFHTML.

Please test, if everything seems right I'll upload to the public area in two 
week or so.
