Hi,
got the Python bindings working now.
Here are some short steps to get it working:
	1. Install latest Swig (1.3.20)
	2. Checkout Sword's CVS
	3. Build and install Sword from this CVS
	4. cd bindings/swig/package/
	5. ./autogen.sh; ./configure
	6. make pythonswig python_make
	7. cd python; python setup.py install

This should work (I hope :)

Since I don't know python I just tested if the extension could be loaded with

import Sword

In bindings/swig/examples/ is a Perl script which shows how you can use the
bindings. Let me know if you need help,
Joachim
