I have created some toolbar icons for BibleCS.

If you are using MS Internet Exploder, you will not be able to see the bmp
images on the html page, and so I put them all in one image below that, just
for demo purposes. demot.htm

I've tried, but I do not know C++ well enough to place them in a working
toolbar. Would anyone be interested in adding this?
