Features:

Tutorials with snapshots of running program.
Download complete Tutorial development environment (precompiled libs and 
necessary headers).

Comments:
TDE is only intended tutorial/educational purpose.  TDE=Tutorial 
Development Environment.
TDE, when stabilized, will be a consistent launch point for newbies to 
become familiar with Sword-API without having to deal the complexities 
of a Full Development Environment (FDE).  IE. cvs tree, build process, 
config files, customization, etc.

The TDE will not always represent the latest in development, but 
preferably the latest stable release.
TDE will not be considered a replacement for FDE and may or may contain 
all the features currently found in the FDE.
Again, TDE is for the tutorials.
