[sword-devel] OSIS Web tool - 3 Columns

To be honest, I have not even taken the time to look at the jsp files to
know if they are confusing or not. I just wanted to spread the love around
and not hog it all for myself. :) I don't know jsp, but I'll take a look and
see if I can figure it out without breaking anything.
