In the module lists, I don't think there is any need for the

class="plain"
class="remove"
class="add"

I think leaving them as plain unordered lists will be fine without any class
names.

<ul>
<li></li>
</ul>

We can style the lists based on the context instead.

I don't think we need a class name for this either:
  <p class="textname">Displayed modules (click to remove)</p>

A simple <p></p> Will probably be sufficient. That is unless there will be
any other <p> content within the module divs. I don't think there is afik.

Also, if a list is empty, the <ul</ul> needs to be removed.

I'll work on the style for these lists and the passage section, then I'll
move on to the parallel display.
