Can OSIS Web tool conveniently enough be used by one who writes a file in
OSIS (to see it every minute after a change made by the writer)?

Or this usage of the Web tool would be superfluous as a write can use just
an XSLT transformer without Web? Think whether there are adavantages with
Web tool. Hm, well, one advantage: with Web tool writer can conveniently do
search in his document.

The matter is about convenient uploading, or even better accessing the
on-disk file.
