Well guys (and gals if we have any around),
	With the help of many individuals-- work and ideas-- a base from which 
to start is up and running.  Have a look and feel free to comment and 
volunteer.  People who are already setup to change things and have 
contributed in a material way are:

Thanks to everyone who commented.  This is just the beginning and by no 
means incorporates all (or even most) of the great ideas posted, so 
don't feel left out.  We just wanted a base from which to start.
