"Modernized" means spelling were modernized and does not qualify a work 
for copyright protection.  In any case, this is not a public module.

Messages like this about module problems (bugs, copyright issues, etc.) 
can be sent directly to me if you like, so that the other 280 people on 
the mailing list don't have to read them.
