[sword-devel] Can't get modisp for module developement

Pertaining to the following previous post.

I attempted to download the software for module developement but I 
get a page not found message when I click on the link to modisp....

Is there anywhere else to get the software for this.

I would like to develope modules for the 
Sword Project.

My questions is/are:

What software is needed?
How do I get it?
Can it be purchased via US mail.

I run a Win32 system and use Microsoft products in development.

C++ for Windows

running windows 98.
