[sword-devel] ESV module

Hi Alexander,

The ESV is already converted to OSIS 1.1.1.  The only remaining issues are 
to parse verse references into osisRefs, which is a mostly automatic task 
once the parser is in a good state, and to convert to OSIS 1.5 at some 
time after 1.5 is finalized.  

I think the documents we got from WWBS were XML files, so those might have 
been your work, but I recollect their having come from a Quark source 
originally.
