[sword-devel] OSIS Quote Marks

Dear friends,

I wish ASCII had included both a left and a right quotation mark... but I 
suppose it is too late for that.

A variety of quotation styles for various languages are listed at Bugzilla:

. It also has the simple rule for quoting text of one language within a 
sentence of some other language.

So your modules would have literal left and right double quote marks or 
left and right guillemets, exactly matching the original source text ? That 
seems like a reasonable thing to do.

I always thought that the rules my English teacher tried to teach me were 
silly, when the rules involved adding or changing text when I put it inside 
a quote.
