Same problem and same workaround for HNV.

There is an incorrect tag.
Workaround:
Open the "nt" file, go to line number 3770, replace the <Fr> after “Yes,
Lord; you know that I have affection for you.” with four spaces. (keeping
the line the same length)
Stephen.

Interestingly, when I view the raw text, the verses are, in fact,
present. I uninstalled 1.5.5a and reinstalled an older build (1.5.3)
thinking it might be related to the program itself, but the truncation was
present with 1.5.3 as well.
Please advise a corrective path when determined as I would like to use
the WEB translation!
Additionally, have there been any reports of instability with 1.5.5a
under XP? I received some odd error messages/crashes at times and will
monitor 1.5.3 for its stability under the same environment. Apologies for
not recording any detail surrounding those crashes, but I was more focused
at the time on finding the "missing John verses"!
Regards,
Mark Howerton

I just burned a CD from the ISO and found the same problem.
John 21 in the WEB stops at verse 16.
My ISO is sword20021211.iso from sword20021211.iso.gz

Hello,
I'm sure you've been inundated with emails regarding the
inaccessibility of the Windows-based program, so I won't mention that. :-)
I would like to confirm, however, an issue I am having with a recent
download of the WEB (World English Bible) information. Within the Book of
John, Chapter 21, my WEB data stops at verse 16. As you well know, verses
17-25 are critical parts of that chapter, so I wonder if I have a corrupted
file or if the WEB information you have currently is erroneously truncated?
Thank you for your attention,
Mark Howerton
