Ok, that works except if the installmgr.conf file remains in the root dir,
it grabs that one instead and gets confused, something an upgrade user will
run into. We should look into cleaning up the directory of old installMgr
stuff and moving any usefull files into the new dir.
The rest of InstallMgr seems to work fine. I did several installs and
removals and they all acted as expected. :-)
