I am writing commentaries for the Vietnamese New Testament now. If we
can link to Gen Book from Browser, do we have a way to link to a Gen
Book from a commentary?

It's whatever the key for a particular entry is.  In the Windows 
front-end, you can find the key in the upper-left corner of the GenBook 
window.  It would be something like:

sword://EEnochCharlse/1Enoch/1/1  (for 1Enoch 1:1)
