Good day,
Coming back from vacation to 200+ Sword list messages was a bit daunting.
After reading most of them and downloading the new program and utilities,
the testing began Thursday. The Windows Sword program looks good!! All but
one of the previous bugs has been resolved. The display of a range of text
from the Personal commentary will still display from the beginning reference
to the end of the book.
It is good that the program has been released and is a stable bit of code.
The mod2zmod utility works great with the cipher option. There is a now a
Thai Bible Society version in encrypted compressed format. It is good that
the compression and encryption is combined because it makes for a
significant size difference. Thanks also for the alphabetized uilocales
file - we'll work on that next week to get the Thai finished. A full Thai
help version may or may not get done for the first release.
The basic starter install including KJV, etc is handy. People have mentioned
an ISO being available. What would be needed to create a CD with another
unique set of versions included for installation? Is Borland C required? Do
I need to download the whole ISO and how large is it? All my local
connections are 56K dialup but a contact through a school up north with
satellite connection may be able to download it quicker.
Adrian
