Barry,

I've followed up with Jason at this address, but I highly doubt his 
source was free from any copyright.

Also, this project is not merely to mark up the text with Strong's 
number, but to 'sync' the Greek with the English.  This will allow true 
interlinear display, plus other things like real morphological 
information with an authoritative source.
