Except of prayer, an idea: may be it should be rewritten with VXCL 
(www.vxcl.org) instead of VCL to eliminate the problems with commercial 
licenses for C++ Builder. VXCL works with Borland C++ compler (which is free, 
see www.borland.com) and with free GCC for Windows[tm], see www.cygwin.com and 
probably with other compilers. This may increase the number of programmers 
participating in the development, especially poor ones from poor countries. 
Yes, VXCL is far less powerful than VCL, but by the way we can add the needed 
functionality to VXCL.
