Hi there ......

I was a bit too quick writing to say that the GBF headings wouldn't turn 
off.  They do.  The conf file phillips.conf doesn't have the line 
"GlobalOptionFilter=GBFHeadings" in it.  I will send Chris an update - he 
has a linked version of Phillips to upload soon so the update should appear 
along with that.  Sorry for the confusion.
