[sword-devel] B.W. Johnson's People's New Testament: Philemon missing!

I'll fix this in early February, as soon as I get back from the OSIS
meeting in Dallas.  I've got the data here, I just need to reformat the
Philemon section, add it to the rest, and reprocess the source doc.
