[sword-devel] Makefiles

It complains about my Automake 2.4 version, I had to install Automake 2.5 to 
get it working.

The prefix should default to the prefix set in Makefile.am, if prefix is /usr 
the sword config file should be stored in /etc instead of /usr/etc.
