I would recommend converting the RTF to a verse-per-line format.  If
there is any text formatting or markup in the text, you can use GBF or
ThML for that.  Then just use vpl2mod to compile the Sword module.  This
is available from
http://crosswire.org/download/ftpmirror/pub/sword/utils/ .

Prn2sword used to be available on the alpha page, so it will re-appear
when that re-appears.  However, it is only useful for converting Bibles
exported from OLB, so it wouldn't be of any use to you anyway.
