I'd love to help out.  Although I possess only rudimentary skills in 
programming, I may be able to lend a hand.  

Is tagging simply taking the code and verifying/creating the proper pointers 
to the required reference?  If not, can someone show me what is required and 
possibly an example.  I'm a quick study.
