The pop-ups question is Troy's to field.  I haven't even tried that yet.  
But regarding genbooks--yes.  We will release at least Josephus.

A lot of the others we may never release past the beta area.  But I will 
try to find another book or two that we can release for or soon after .4.  
I'm open to requests, provided there exists an electronic version 
somewhere.
