Ok guys, got a new one for ya.  I think we fixed MOST of the bugs from 
the reports on Y[a], but there may be a few left.

Better defaults when no .conf files
Added new 'on word' glossary/general dictionary popup support (off by 
default)
Fixed external commentary module support
Split popup hints into categories.
