[sword-devel] weird formatting for NAS 77 and 95

I've been testing locked modules. I've tested the NIV, NLT, NAS77/95, NKJV,
ESV, TEV, NRSV, and the TNIV.

All modules worked except the NAS77 and 95. Here's the first line of John
1:1 in the NAS 95:

1<RX>Phi 2:6<Rx>In the beginning<WG746> was <RX>Phi 2:6<Rx>the Word<WG3056>,
and the Word<WG3056> was <RX>Phi 2:6<Rx>with God<WG2316>, and <RX>Phi
2:6<Rx>the Word<WG3056> was God<WG2316>.

and in the NAS 77:

1Phi 2:6Phi 2:6In the beginning was Phi 2:6the Word, and the Word was Phi
2:6with God, and Phi 2:6the Word was God.

This is how both modules looked after install; Strongs #s, xrefs, and
footnotes were NOT disabled. I tried that in the preferences. Nothing
worked.
