Popups work OK again under Windows 98.  Current verse colour now OK.  Looks

BTW a quick and dirty fix to the annoying problem of Matt 1:1 showing when 
Gen 1:1 is selected in an NT only module is to include empty OT databases 
in the NT module.  Not ideal but .....
