[sword-devel] win32 beta U, help file, and new win32 module utils

Not because I've had problems, but because I like consistency, I would vote
for having either a normal ZIP file or a self-extracting ZIP (.exe) file.  The
normal ZIP is used for other SWORD modules, so why not for the Help?
