Will that always work?

What if you have a sentence such as:

"If you play the fool, you will have nothing."

With the comma next to the word I assume it would not pick it up.

Similarly if the word is at the end of a sentence and has a full stop
(period) next to it that will not pick up either.

You can. Search for " fool ", using exact search.
