Two new BibleCS binaries are available on the alpha site.

Sword-icu.zip:

The only difference is that Sword-icu is built & linked with ICU stuff,
so it includes the transliterator.

Other updates (included in both) include:
using SWMarkupMgr instead of SWMgr (no difference should be noticeable
to the user)
SCSU compressed/encoded modules now work (there aren't any available
yet, but I ran a test with the BHS and got a 12% reduction in size when
using SCSU and ZIP over just using ZIP)
new splash screen

I did a bunch of other little minor fixes & cleanups in anticipation of
a public release.  None of these should have any effect at all, but it's
always possible.

Sword.zip is more or less a release candidate for 1.5.3, whereas
Sword-icu.zip could be thought of as an early beta of 1.5.4.
