[sword-devel] A couple minor tool updates

There's a new version of Diaspora posted.  It fixes a couple of minor
bugs and speeds up LD exports.  Hopefully the last version until I sit
down to figure out how to link against ICU with Borland.  As Barry
mentioned, it's turning out to be a pretty good tool for checking the
quality of modules too. (See it's readme for details on modules that
break it and why.)

There is also a new version of prn2sword on the ALPHA page.  It now
accepts exported Bibles from the latest version of OLB and can handle
most non-Roman script texts without requiring modification of the RTF.
