They won't work from the webpage.  This is going to be a task on Troy's
queue soon since it's a JSword problem, and I couldn't get it to
compile.  You must either use the Windows InstallMgr or ftp them
directly from the site (ftp://ftp.crosswire.org/pub/sword/betaraw/).
