Hold off on releasing that page for about a week.  I'm not going to
make
any changes to Diaspora itself, but ICU 2.0 should be released in the
next week and I would like to re-link against ICU 2.0 final instead of
a
1.8.1/1.9 cvs hybrid.  I'll make an announcement as soon as it's all
finished & posted.
