Great idea!
Maybe the application which will be created for project eL can be used or 
extended to fit our needs?

One thought. I am not sure if creating one huge interlinear text would be the 
best solution. Maybe there's another way: Troy was talking about 
syncronization keys for modules which should be implemented in future. Maybe 
there is a way to add metainformation to the sword modules (with this CCEL 
like interface you mentioned) that would enable us to align the modules 
interlinear on-the-fly, when displaying them? 
pro:
-They would stay separate modules and could be separately administered
-Users can specify which modules to display parallel
-other modules / languages / countries could benefit from it
con:
-don't know if it's possible
-don't know if this is what the synchronization keys are for
