Some variety today...

New Bibles (both locked):
NAB - New American Bible
Romani - Romani(Gypsy) New Testament

New lexica:
Both BDB and Thayer are updated to a UTF-8/ThML format, so now they
include the Hebrew/Greek versions of each word in those scripts rather
than just a transliterated version.

New dictionary:
AmTract: American Tract Society Bible Dictionary

New commentaries:
Barnes: Barnes' NT Notes
Clarke: Adam Clarke's Commentary on the Bible


I also tested the RawLD4 class finally and am pleased to report that it
works very well.  Now we can add some REALLY BIG dictionaries. :)
(RawLD4 is identical to RawLD except that it uses 4 bytes to store size
instead of 2, making the theoretical maximum entry size 4GB instead of
64kb.  This is useful, trust me.)
