[sword-devel] autoconf support

Martin and Dan,
	I'm sorry for not responding earlier.  We have another project working
on a complete autoconf / automake system for the project.  I'll take a
look at what you've got.  I'd love to get this functionality working,
but don't want to switch make systems until we can, at least, support a
small list of features that we already support with the current system.
