[sword-devel] tar.gz downloads

It's only small so I've attached a patch to jsword cvs that ought to 
allow a new tgz package type that makes .tar.gz archives. I don't 
know how to test it though and I haven't done anything with java 
before so there may be glitches somewhere.

At the moment it only creates the tar file, it needs to be modified to 
compress it with a GZipOutputStream or something, I'm not sure.

You will need the tar package from 
http://www.trustice.com/java/tar/index.shtml as well.
