[sword-devel] New BibleCS binary

There's a new BibleCS binary in the alpha area (sword-icu.zip).  It is
virtually identical to the last version but with two changes:

1) It uses Troy's new MarkupFilterMgr instead of SWMarkupMgr, which has
been removed.  (This shouldn't have any noticeable effects.)

2) It implements a private protocol for launching from links on
webpages.  If you get the new alpha, visit
http://www.crosswire.org/~chrislit/testlinks.html and try the links out.
The first one uses Logos' private protocol format.  The second one uses
our own.  If you don't have Logos Series X installed, Sword will
intercept links to it (and if you do have it installed, it won't
interfere).  You must run the new binary once before trying the links so
that it can write some info to the registry.
