If we did it using HREFCom like it sounds like Barry is proposing, we
wouldn't actually be distributing the NET.  Better yet, we could make an
even smarter HREF class, capable of parsing the HTML for specific portions.
For example, if you request John 1:1, it would retrieve all of John 1 from
bible.org but parse out and return only 1:1 to the front end.  It wouldn't
be searchable, but it would be legal.

I doubt the owners of the NET would appreciate it, but for some reason I've
got little sympathy for a commercial organization that owns bible.ORG.
