Yes it's possible. You have to translate the messages of BibleTime, they are 
all contained in one file.
At the moment we work on version 1.0, 0.3 is already released. I'd suggest 
that you translate 0.3 (0.31 will be released soon) and later you can use the 
0.3-translation as a template for the 1.0 file.
Is this OK?
