Nuno,
	The windows app is not internationized.  The template that you gave
joachim will allow verse references to be displayed and parsed for
Portugese, but the static text in the app still needs to be i18n'd
before we can get to that.

i18n is a new feature in 1.5.x.  When the windows frontend is release
for 1.5.x, we'll have it i18n'd also.  (hopefully soon- 3-6 weeks).
