Meyers holds a copyright on e-Sword, and as such has granted you
the right to make copies for yourself and friends. e-Sword may
not
be sold or resold, distributed as a part of any commercial
package,
or used or distributed to support any kind of profit-generating
activity, even if it is being distributed freely.
If (*if*) he used the sword code that's in direct violation of the
license, right?
