[sword-devel] CzeCEP - shifted verses

I'm working on the CzeCEP module currently, am 48% complete, and anticipate
completion later during the weekend.  After that I will concentrate on the
CzeKMS module I guess.  These Czech modules are much more difficult (and
hence time-consuming) to work with since they're in neither a germanic nor a
romantic language, so I have difficulty discerning which verse is which as I
correct the numbering.
