[sword-devel] InstallMgr functional

OK, installmgr is now functional.  I've successfully added and removed
modules with it.  It does a pretty good job of finding your install
base.  PLEASE try it out.  I'm about to make a new cdimage placing it as
the linux installer and would really like to know of everyones
success/failures.

(I know the middle button selects the wrong node.  I'm working on it) :)

I'll get the other images in before I build.  Just want to make sure the
functionality is good.
